Description

About the Team

Within FedEx Global Sales Enablement, we do not measure success by training hours logged or assets viewed. We measure success by seller productivity, win rates, and commercial velocity.

As a Sales Enablement Advisor, you will serve as an internal performance consultant and program architect. You are responsible for translating enterprise priorities into structured, high-impact enablement initiatives that reinforce our “Outperform & Outsell” framework. You will bridge strategy and execution, partnering directly with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, and other Commercial teams to diagnose performance gaps, deliver rigorous enablement programs, and measure behavioral adoption.

If you thrive in a competitive environment, value analytical rigor in your work, and take personal accountability for moving the revenue needle, this role is built for you.

We are hiring for 2 Sales Enablement Advisors.
