Develops and implements strategies in support of sales force and corporate initiatives appropriate to sales segments and unique go-to-market, sales support, digital content and development needs. Empowers sales team to execute by ensuring internal organizational buy-in, leveraging innovative sales enablement practices, translating the sales strategy to actionable plans and courses of action.

Essential Functions

  • Drives complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements, coordinating expertise, scoping, and defining delivery and managing deployment timelines.

  • Defines actionable plans and courses of action for change programs, digital content and communications for program readiness and rollout.

  • Assesses the effectiveness and positive impact of solutions and communicates the results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Sales Enablement Advisor (Communicator/Program Manager)

Position Summary 
The FedEx Sales Enablement team exists to equip Sales with the information, education, and resources to engage customers effectively, close deals efficiently, and drive business growth. We’re seeking a talented Sales Enablement Advisor to coordinate with executives and stakeholders from across the enterprise to plan and lead our monthly all-Sales webinar for US, Canada, and Latin America/Caribbean Sales and Solutions team members. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how the Sales team learns about and rallies behind the company’s most strategic initiatives. This team member will also create compelling slides and presentations that effectively communicate our team’s work and plans to executive stakeholders and decision makers.

This individual will:
• Lead and facilitate the monthly all-Sales webinar, including all aspects of webinar preparation, execution, and follow-up.
• Build internal presentations that clearly represent the plans and value of work produced by our team of project managers who develop cross-functional Go-to-Sales plans. Design and develop high-quality presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and other tools.
• Support leadership by maintaining a calendar of Sales Enablement topics as they are scheduled to be reviewed in executive decision-making forums. Collaborate with our team and others to gather content and insights for these presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in Sales engagement across regions, segments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and evolving technologies in sales enablement. Introduce innovative ideas and strategies to continually enhance the sales enablement process.
• Other duties as needed or required.  

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus


• Proven experience in creating professional, executive-level and large-audience presentations.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong project management and execution skills and the ability to drive action and accountability when working cross-functionally across large groups of stakeholders.
• Exhibits executive business etiquette and knowledge. Experience corresponding with all levels of leadership.
• Experience in leading webinars or similar virtual events is a plus.
• Experience supporting sales organizations is a plus.

 


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) year professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications including writing and editing, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.


Preferred Qualifications:

Position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. Employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but allows team members flexibility to work from home otherwise.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Minimum: $6,168.90 /mo.
Maximum: $10,898.39 /mo.
