Sales Enablement Advisor
Description
Develops and implements strategies in support of sales force and corporate initiatives appropriate to sales segments and unique go-to-market, sales support, digital content and development needs. Empowers sales team to execute by ensuring internal organizational buy-in, leveraging innovative sales enablement practices, translating the sales strategy to actionable plans and courses of action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Support: Lead and support org-level special projects that span functions, teams, and geographies. Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time delivery and high impact.
- Executive Communications: Develop compelling, visually polished executive-level presentations and communications that clearly articulate learning strategies, program outcomes, and business value.
- Program Globalization: Collaborate across regions to support the expansion and localization of SalesU and Commercial L&D programs, ensuring global alignment and cultural relevance.
- Team Culture & Engagement: Partner with the Managing Director and culture team to design and implement initiatives that promote engagement, recognition, and a strong team culture across a global learning team.
- Business Partnership: Act as a thought partner to the Managing Director on key priorities, offering insight, coordination, and follow-through across initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Drives complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements, coordinating expertise, scoping, and defining delivery and managing deployment timelines.
- Defines actionable plans and courses of action for change programs, digital content and communications for program readiness and rollout.
- Assesses the effectiveness and positive impact of solutions and communicates the results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development (e.g., PowerPoint, storytelling frameworks)
- Experience working across global teams and a sensitivity to cultural and regional differences
- Proven ability to influence without authority and foster strong cross-functional relationships
- Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong QDM and other project management and execution skills and the ability to drive action and accountability when working cross-functionally across large groups of stakeholders
- Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to think quickly, creatively and pivot when necessary
- Strong communication skills, ability to articulate and sell a vision internally and externally
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Executive business etiquette and knowledge. Experience corresponding with all levels of leadership
- Experience supporting or working directly with senior leadership
- Familiarity with sales organizations and commercial strategy
- Prior experience with global learning or enablement program rollouts
- Advanced degree or certifications in instructional design, project management, or related fields a plus
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) year professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications including writing and editing, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. Employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but allows team members flexibility to work from home otherwise.
