Sales Enablement Advisor
Description
Develops and implements strategies in support of sales force and corporate initiatives appropriate to sales segments and unique go-to-market, sales support, digital content and development needs. Empowers sales team to execute by ensuring internal organizational buy-in, leveraging innovative sales enablement practices, translating the sales strategy to actionable plans and courses of action.
Essential Functions
- Drives complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements, coordinating expertise, scoping, and defining delivery and managing deployment timelines.
- Defines actionable plans and courses of action for change programs, digital content and communications for program readiness and rollout.
- Assesses the effectiveness and positive impact of solutions and communicates the results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
- Develop and implement effective training programs through a strong foundation in instructional design methodologies (such as ADDIE or Agile), coupled with advanced facilitation skills to engage and enhance participant learning experiences.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems, e-learning tools, and multimedia resources while leveraging data-driven insights to assess needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and innovate training strategies to meet the evolving demands of learners and organizations.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts to tailor training solutions that align with specific industry contexts, ensuring programs drive organizational success and continuous professional development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) year professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications including writing and editing, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $6,854.33/month - $9,081.99/month
Additional Details: This is a hybrid position, applicants must reside in the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. Employees will be required to work onsite several times weekly.
