Sales Executive Transportation Intermediaries
Description
Focuses on personal sales targets by developing new business opportunities, troubleshooting customer problems and enhances existing customer relationships. Contacts small to medium sized 3PL, VAWD and Freight Forwarder customers, prospects and collaborates with other sales professionals as a transportation intermediary expert within a defined geographic territory to sell combination of LTL and select parcel services.
Essential Functions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to utilize technical and quantitative tools to correctly identify opportunities.
- Foster outstanding customer relationships by providing input to business reviews, project managing solutions, exhibiting outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent and one (1) years of business-to-business sales experience required.
Minimum Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to travel overnight as required.
Job Conditions
Moderate travel required.
Preferred Qualifications: One Must be Bilingual - Spanish/English
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $62,177.50 - $86,188.75
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Laredo, or Dallas, TX or surrounding cities. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius.
