Description

The Sales Manager, Digital Solutions is a commercial leader within FedEx’s Digital Portfolio with a mandate of executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. This is a highly customer facing role in which you will oversee a team of AEs selling FedEx’s Digital Solutions into our Healthcare and B2B enterprise vertical, one of two key verticals at FedEx. Your role involves managing the Healthcare and B2B Digital Solutions sales team, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying market trends to drive success in a competitive landscape.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and grow a motivated team of Account Executives to drive success in your vertical through hiring, onboarding, and coaching
  • Interface and build rapport with C-level executives at enterprise customers
  • Support the team in deal design and execution to satisfy customer objectives and deliver exceptional value
  • Manage team pipeline health, deal strategy, and forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with and coach the team to ensure high levels of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Build accountability for the effective application of sales qualification and CRM compliance
  • Collaborate with teams across Commercialization, Product Marketing, Account Management, Transportation Sales, Customer Technology, and others to create and implement best practices
  • Strong focus on team building, AE development, performance management, and culture-building

Minimum education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline

Minimum Experience

  • 3 years experience in stales management selling software or SaaS
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Direct consultative selling experience in enterprise software sales

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Excellent business acumen, organizational awareness, human relations, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPIC or other opportunity qualification frameworks and sales methodologies

Preferred Qualifications: •Experience in healthcare, industrial, or manufacturing verticals •Familiarity with customer success methodologies (e.g., Success Plans, Health Scoring Models, NRR optimization) •Previous founding or early-stage account management experience in a high -growth SaaS or digital solutions environment.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: U.S Pay Range $8,007.29/ monthly - $18,149.85/ monthly

Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
