Description

Responsible for applying specialized knowledge to support various aspects of sales operations, including learning & development, technology support, and customer solution design and implementation.

What you will do

• Provide specialized sales education and learning & development (L&D) support to sales teams.
• Offer technology support to ensure smooth functioning of sales-related systems and tools.
• Design and implement customer solutions based on their specific needs and requirements.
• Facilitate sales enablement activities to empower sales teams with necessary tools and resources.
• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage or maintain sales-related systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Take part in projects aimed at developing or changing sales systems or processes as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with overall business goals and objectives.

You will be a great fit if you have

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, finance, engineering or information systems related

  • At least four (4) years in business planning, logistics and distribution planning, engineering, consulting , computer technologies or related, of which three (3) years in program management and/or global/international transportation industry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail

  • Analytical Skills – Minimum 2 yrs. Power BI experience(or equivalent visualization tools)

  • Advanced SQL skills are mandatory

  • Numerical Skills – Advanced Excel / VBA skills are mandatory

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong in written & verbal communication

  • Strategic Thinking
