Security Center Specialist
Description
Coordinates and monitors the movement of high value and high-risk shipments and act as a single point of contact to team members for the escalation of high value and high- risk shipments. Provides first level support for the SenseAware call center.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates and monitors the movement of high-value and high-risk shipments, acting as a central point of contact for team members and providing first-level support for the SenseAware call center.
- Ensure the safety of independent contractors and mitigate theft of customer freight by utilizing resources and computer systems, and serve as experts in security, handling questions and support related to secure services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Work/Domicile Location(s):
- These positions will be in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Minimum Education:
High School Diploma/GED.
Minimum Experience:
Two years' experience in security related area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $21.14/hour - $25.37/hour
