Job Description Summary:
- Provides protection for individuals and property from injury and/or criminal acts, prevents unauthorized entry, and responds to emergency situations. Provides cargo screening if assigned.
Essential Functions:
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
- Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Number of Openings:
- Four (4) Positions
Domicile/Work Location:
- These positions will be located in Memphis, Tennessee.
Relocation:
- Relocation assistance is not available for these roles.
Minimum Education:
- Two (2) years college/equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- Two (2) years’ experience in law enforcement/military/security or a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Ability to successfully complete required training programs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Job Conditions:
- If posted for Global Screening team, requirements include successful completion of cargo screening training and certification.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license to operate company vehicle.
- Non-covered safety sensitive position.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.

Pay Transparency:
Pay: $21.14/hr - $29.59/hr
