What you will be doing:

• 
  Ensuring the safety of FedEx employees and assets and FedEx customers’ properties through the application of security awareness, loss prevention, contingency programs, and investigations.
• Working hours will be scheduled based on a shift system.
• Assisting in determining, developing, and enhancing current security policies and procedures to meet changing circumstances.
• Using the most effective security systems and conducting security audits and appropriate investigations to minimize risk
• Work with customers on matters of security, ensuring customer confidence and trust in the FedEx business
• Conducting investigations into security matters, making recommendations on the course of action to be taken, and coordinating with local law enforcement agencies when appropriate
• Completing incident and outcome reports, identifying and developing corrective actions for areas of improvement
• Planning and implementing training programs to promote employee security awareness, compliance, and application of company policies
• Maintaining crisis management plans and responding to crises and emergencies, as required
• Dealing with security vendors to cover/manage security systems, facility security, cargo and personnel screening, ramp security, K9
• Handling AVSEC, loss prevention, security training, and special cargo handling, e.g., suspected shipments, drugs, and shipments of interest

What do you bring with you:

• Knowledge of security systems, CCTV, card access, and burglar alarm systems
• Knowledge of X-ray and other cargo screening systems
• Competence in security and AVSEC regulations
• Security experience in law enforcement, private security companies, or commercial / logistics environments
• Experienced in security risk assessments
• Proven investigation skills, including interview skills
• Experience in intelligence/information handling
• Good communication skills in Türkçe and English
• Excellent research and evaluation skills
• Broad PC Skills (e.g., MS Office)
