Key implementer of our AI security automation strategy

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Analyst, AI Enablement. As a Senior Analyst on the AI Enablement team, you will be a key implementer of our AI security automation strategy. You will be responsible for the hands-on development of bespoke AI models and agents that solve critical challenges for the Information Security organization. This role involves working with cutting-edge tools to engineer AI solutions, leading technical implementation, and mentoring junior team members.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the hands-on development for AI Agent Construction, building and maintaining specialized agents for tasks like automated alert triage.
  • Implement and document processes for Custom Model Training, including data preparation, fine-tuning, and evaluation of AI models tailored to specific InfoSec needs.
  • Build the technical framework for integrating our AI tools with other security platforms by utilizing the APIs of SIEM, SOAR, and EDR systems.
  • Lead the lifecycle ownership for specific AI agents and tools, ensuring they are delivered and maintained as functional and reliable solutions for internal InfoSec teams.
  • Act as a key resource and point of escalation for complex technical challenges related to model development and agent behavior.
  • Mentor junior analysts, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices within the team.


What do you bring with you:

  • Strong, hands-on experience as a machine learning engineer, data scientist, or software developer with a focus on AI.
  • Proficiency with ML development tools (e.g., Vertex AI, open-source ML frameworks) and modern software development practices.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Knowledge of how to source, clean, and prepare data for model training and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with integrating systems via APIs, particularly for security tools like SIEM, SOAR, or EDR.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to independently drive technical projects from concept to completion.
  • Desirable: Experience with MLOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Cloud Build).
