Senior Analyst, Ocean Product

Description

Allocation management on FCL from APAC region.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES    

• Set-up and maintain allocation plan with contracted carriers for APAC region.
• Manage and coordinate allocation with all internal stakeholders.
• Consolidate and maintain allocation utilization visibility across various trades in APAC region.
• Promote and execute core carrier strategies in APAC region.
• Additional projects and duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Academic:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Logistics Studies or related discipline.

Experience & knowledge:

• At least 5 years work experience in MNC freight forwarders.
• Allocation management experience on TPEB trade is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and strong organization skills.
• Good at making timeline and multi-tasking.

Attribute:

• Good command of English and Chinese.
