Description

• To provide internal/external customers with the highest quality service by handling operational documentation to ensure timely shipping arrangement and shipment closing.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES    

  • Handle cargo documentation and permit declaration.
  • Handle shipment invoicing and purchase transactions.
  • Respond to the internal/external customers in timely manner.
  • Ensure the work done accurately, and comply with relevant customs procedures.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Academic:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level and above

Experience & knowledge:

  • Experience in Singapore Customs cargo permit declaration is a must.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in documentation/customer service area, preferably in freight forwarding industry.
  • Fluent in English and local languages required for smooth operation of business.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
