Senior Clerk, Air & Ocean Operations (Work Location - Senai, Johor)
Description
• To provide internal/external customers with the highest quality service by handling operational documentation to ensure timely shipping arrangement and shipment closing.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle cargo documentation and permit declaration.
- Handle shipment invoicing and purchase transactions.
- Respond to the internal/external customers in timely manner.
- Ensure the work done accurately, and comply with relevant customs procedures.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE
Academic:
- GCE ‘O’ Level and above
Experience & knowledge:
- Experience in Singapore Customs cargo permit declaration is a must.
- At least 2 years’ experience in documentation/customer service area, preferably in freight forwarding industry.
- Fluent in English and local languages required for smooth operation of business.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
