Description

Under limited supervision, serves as a central point of contact for a defined internal/external customer base to consult, implement and address problems with customers on automation portfolio and/or Company deployed technologies. Responsible for installation and optimization of company's software products and systems at customer sites within an aligned territory. Provide solutions and serves as liaison between business customers and technology development. Special projects as assigned. Provide guidance to those in less senior positions. Utilize automation tools to provide customer solutions to enhance their shipping experience. Conducts test procedures to diagnose and resolve product performance problems at installation. Provide feedback and customer support regarding product performance. Conduct customer-training sessions on utilization and basic maintenance of system. Manage assigned territory. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of work experience in computer support or information technology environment and desktop computing along with the ability to apply basic computer concepts, theories, principles, and methods to projects, business problems, issues and/or questions. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of work experience in computer support or information technology environment and desktop computing along with the ability to apply basic computer concepts, theories, principles, and methods to projects, business problems, issues and/or questions in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience.


Requirements

The position requires experience with: RESTful APIs, web services, XML/JSON; Programming languages VB, Java, Python, or C/C#; SQL, ODBC, and database integration; Networking and client-server technology; Experience and/or understanding of E-Commerce applications; Understanding of general business applications and services (ERP, order life-cycle management). Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, internal and external associates and management. Excellent human relationships and communication skills. A related Master’s degree equals two (2) years experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Position allows for telecommuting  from home within commuting distance of Spokane, WA and 10-20% travel required. Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education. 


Pay Transparency:

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.


Pay:

$6,901.76 - $8,627.89/monthly
