What you will do
Open for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
Responsible for supporting planning and engineering activities across pickup & delivery (PUD), station, sorting, and ground operations.
This role will primarily focus on First Mile and Last Mile operations, with preference given to candidates who have relevant experience in these areas.
In this role, First Mile and Last Mile refer to courier depot operations.
Coordinate planning and engineering activities for pickup and delivery (PUD) operations to improve efficiency and service performance.
Manage and execute planning and engineering tasks for stations, sorting systems, hubs, and gateways to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support the design, analysis, and optimization of sort systems, hubs, and gateway operations to enhance throughput and productivity.
Assist in planning and coordinating in-country ground movement operations, ensuring efficient and reliable transportation flow.
Provide planning and operational support for in-country clearance processes to facilitate timely and compliant customs handling.
Support vehicle and ground support equipment (GSE) planning to ensure adequate resource allocation aligned with operational needs.
Assist in the implementation of air and ground network plans, including support for commercial airlift operations.
Develop and maintain contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on road network execution projects to improve transportation connectivity and efficiency.
Provide engineering and operational support for customer solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with network capabilities.
You will be a great fit if you
Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for assessing and optimizing air freight operations.
Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with diverse stakeholders and conveying complex information clearly.
Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used in air freight planning and logistics.
Understanding international air freight regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.
Given the precision required in air freight operations, attention to detail is critical to avoid errors and ensure smooth cargo movement
