Description

Senior Manager: Involves management responsibility for a team of managers or a number of locations within the business. Includes direct or roll-up responsibility for Operational/Clerical teams or large Process-based Professional teams. Management responsibilities include disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.

Middlemen Channel Management, Indirect Channel Revenue Growth, Partner Recruitment & Onboarding, Wholesale Pricing Strategy, Consolidation & Yield Management, Partner Performance Management, Credit & Risk Management. Field Sales, Sales Calls, Customer Acquisition & Retention, Pre-Sales, Customer Proposal Creation, Pricing Proposal, Account Activation, Post-Sales, Competition

May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Activities at a regional level (MEISA).

Manages/Supervises Work of Vendors.

Plans and organizes own work on a Weekly/monthly basis (up to quarterly).

Develops existing and new team processes and procedures.

Regular interaction with First Line & Senior Management. Continual interaction with Directors. Limited interaction with Officers (VP and above).

Continual interaction with Middlemen (Channel Partners). Regular interaction with Suppliers and Vendors. Occasional interaction with Consultants.

Skills Required: Channel Partner Management, Influencing & Persuasion Skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership Skills, Financial Acumen, Judgement & Decision Making Skills.
