Description

Responsible for overseeing and managing a team of managers or multiple business locations, encompassing various operational, clerical, and professional teams, to drive business growth. Directs the operations of diverse teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any discipline
Experience: Six (6) years of relevant work experience, of which two (2) years are senior management experience


  • Lead and manage a team of managers across multiple business locations, ensuring recruitment, development, motivation, and performance management align with organizational objectives.
  • Implement effective succession planning strategies to ensure continuity and talent development within the team.
  • Develop and communicate high-level departmental goals and objectives, overseeing planning processes for optimal performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication and implementation of processes and procedures by managers to enhance departmental performance.
  • Oversee and lead department-wide projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Prepare and present annual department/location plans, including budget proposals, to senior management for approval.
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned activities within the department.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong network relationships within the department and with key stakeholders across the organization to achieve business objectives.
