Key Activities:
Provide structure, oversight, coordination and relationship management to ensure the successful execution of the Brand and Sponsorship projects and plans:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure that all aspects of the Brand and Sponsorship plans are aligned and executed on time. Identify and execute project/governance process optimizations as needed.
- Drive the integration of AI tools and technologies into project management practices to enhance forecasting, risk analysis, and decision-making.
- Lead and support Agile project delivery across cross-functional teams, promoting Agile best practices and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external partners/agencies, to ensure smooth implementation of activities.
- Manage project and budget to ensure that the activation has everything it needs to succeed. Monitor resource allocation and adjust as necessary.
- Engage and work cross functionally with key stakeholders as needed to maximize the value of our plans and connect and coordinate with extended team and local markets to leverage opportunities locally.
- Identify potential risks to the plans and ensure mitigation strategies are developed. Monitor for issues throughout the project and implement contingency plans if needed.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, including leadership and vendors. Serve as a central point of contact for updates and reporting.
- Oversees the quality of agency deliverables, ensuring that the sponsorship activation meets the agreed-upon standards and objectives. Monitor progress and conduct reviews to maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Track the performance of the activation against KPIs and project milestones. Generate comms/reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and successes.
- Ensure all sponsorship activities comply with contractual obligations and guidelines.
- Conduct (post) activation review sessions to assess performance and successes, gather learnings, and recommend and document improvements for future activations.
What do you bring with you:
We’re looking for team members who are:
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to oversee global sponsorship activation projects from inception to completion.
- Proven experience in leveraging AI-powered project management tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automation platforms) to optimize project delivery and resource allocation. Experience implementing AI solutions in a PMO context to improve reporting, KPIs, or portfolio prioritization.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) with a successful track record of managing Agile transformations or scaling Agile within enterprise environments.

Providing constructive feedback regularly to help the agency improve and align with your expectations. Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the agency’s work, ensuring it meets standards.
- Critical Thinking: Uses data, logic, and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on activation performance metrics.

- Brand-savvy: You have experience in branding, marketing, communications, or a related field and understand what it takes to build and maintain a strong brand.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a PMO role within brand and marketing organization, preferably in multinational companies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Good PC & Microsoft office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel
