Senior Program Manager Analyst
Description
Under limited supervision, responsible for basic project management activities of low to medium complexity it project(s), or support more senior level project management staff for high complexity projects. This role under the Platforms Portfolio Execution Office(PEO) serves as a thought leader, overseeing initiatives and projects within the portfolio and ensuring value delivery by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Job Description
- Supports the creation and execution of portfolio roadmap to enable enterprise and portfolio strategies
- Facilitates cross ART/Team coordination to ensure communication of prioritization, alignment of dependencies, identification of risks, and forecasting of business value delivery
- Updates, tracks and communicates the status of initiatives through the Kanban phases and monitor milestones release
- Development and maintenance of program status reporting, issue management, and other tasks required to effectively manage and monitor a project through to successful completion (on time, within budget, adhering to high quality standards, and meeting customer expectations).
- Tracks program spending against budgets.
- Demonstrates bias to action and champions change management
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration and/or equivalent formal training.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of project management tools.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month
