Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Description
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across multiple markets in the North Pacific and Southeast Asia (NPACSEA) region. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sourcing skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and in-depth knowledge of technical recruitment. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
What you will do:
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment process for various business functions, including mid to senior-level roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and define effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Provide market insights and contribute to the development of strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
- Implement recruitment best practices to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, aligned with DE&I principles.
- Partner closely with Global Talent Center of Excellence (COE), Functional Department and local HRBP/People Operations team to support technology-focused HR initiatives.
- Screen candidates to assess both technical skills and team chemistry to ensure the best cultural and technical fit.
- Use data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and drive technology talent acquisition initiatives.
- Serve as an ambassador of the brand to promote employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with exposure to regional or global hiring.
- Proven ability to recruit across a wide range of roles and functions.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS systems (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Boolean searches, job board sourcing, and leveraging social media platforms for recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Ability to build consultative relationships with stakeholders and work independently to deliver on recruitment needs.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
