What you will be doing:
Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to FedEx Express's European websites.
Technical SEO Optimization: Conduct regular audits and analyses to ensure optimal website structure, indexability, and crawlability. Address technical issues that may impact search engine rankings.
Content Optimization and Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to optimize web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets for relevant keywords, ensuring they align with both SEO best practices and brand messaging.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on key SEO performance indicators, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and ranking improvements.
Competitive Analysis and Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to continuously refine and adjust SEO tactics for sustained competitive advantage.
What do you bring with you:
Proficiency in SEO Tools: Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz for keyword research, site audits, and performance tracking.
Technical SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical SEO aspects including site architecture, schema markup, mobile-first indexing, and page speed optimization.
Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.
Content Strategy and Optimization: Experience in content creation and optimization with a focus on aligning content with SEO objectives and enhancing user experience.
Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals, to implement SEO initiatives.
