EBS Demand Management & Strategic Projects
Responsible for leading large corporate projects from concept through implementation in support of EBS demand management activities and key strategic EBS projects.
Essential Duties:
- Lead large corporate projects from concept through implementation, preparing business cases and management presentations and facilitating stakeholder meetings across Operating Companies/geographies.
- Implement stakeholder requirements within quality, time, and budget targets while managing associated risks.
- Gather and document project benefits (e.g., cost savings, process improvements) and the strategic importance of projects.
- Develop project schedules, secure funding, drive project benefits realization, and allocate resources.
- Coordinate subject matter and technical specialists to implement stakeholder requirements.
- Act as the single point of contact for the team.
- Regularly report project status to program managers, senior management, and/or the sponsor and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, developers, and consultants at a tactical level.
- Provide leadership and mentor lower-level employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, technical, or analytical disciplines.
Minimum Experience:
Five (5) years' experience in planning, analysis, and project leadership, including managing all phases of cross-functional project teams. Demonstrated skill with project management software; a related advanced degree may offset the experience requirement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong human relations, communication, problem-solving, project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Documented effectiveness communicating with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Technical skills, comprehensive project management experience, and an understanding of the business issues related to ERPs, SaaS, business, finance, accounting, or related software implementations.

PMP, CAPM, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred. QDM Expert certification preferred. If no certification is currently held, certification should be obtained within 12 months of accepting the position.
