Software Developer Advisor-1
Description
Provide leadership and initiative in a team environment and ensures application of systems thinking principles allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software.
Essential Functions
- Leads the resolution of complex problems.
- Provides the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle.
- Develops prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities.
- Mentors development of those in less senior positions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or information systems and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR
Formal completion of a bootcamp certification and two years work experience in operations, business or technical field and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR
Bachelor’s degree and formal completion of a bootcamp certification and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR
Bachelor’s degree and two years work experience in technical field and three years coding experience in a professional environment.
Minimum Experience
No experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
General knowledge of hardware, software, and network.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience Cloud. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. - Knowledge of other programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with Salesforce Communities or

Additional Details: The desired location for this position is Memphis, TN. Remote work will be considered based on business needs. Relocation may be available. Position will close September 10, 2025, 5pm CST. Hiring Manager -Jenny Cordell
