Software Engineer II
Description
Under limited supervision, designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs moderately complex software programs for enhancements and new products.
Essential Functions
- Perform hands-on automation testing with a focus on ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Prepares and conducts systems programming test requiring interfacing and software tests.
- Develops and implements testing strategies, including test plans, risk assessments, and estimations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Hands-on experience in automation testing and scripting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing testing strategies, test plans, risk assessments, estimations, test execution, defect tracking, and status reporting.
- Test lead experience with the ability to collaborate with multiple business partners and vendors.
- Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (PCF) and DevSecOps.
- Proficient in using tools like UFT Developer, Load Runner, Selenium, and Cucumber.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile Practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced Leader
- Experience in testing within Cloud environments.
- Integration with DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning.
- Experience using Databricks Notebook.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: 5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month
