Software Engineer Lead
Description
Software Engineer Lead is one of the most senior role at Fedex Dataworks Poland, responsible for the technical supervision of solutions implemented in the new FedEx data-driven e-commerce platform fdx (www.fdx.com).
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Minimum Experience:
+ 5 years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements;
Experience building end-to-end solutions on cloud platforms, preferably Azure;
Experience with source control tools like Git;
Experience with task management systems like JIRA or ADO;
Experience in development using Java or Kotlin with SpringBoot;
Experience in the development of microservices architecture working under high-load;
Comfort with relational database concepts and experience in writing SQL;
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and working with user stories and acceptance criteria;
Willingness to learn and explore new technologies, vast technology stack and figure out solutions, through deeper research and troubleshooting;
Experience in technical leadership roles.
