Description

Designs, develops, and implements quantitative analysis of complex business situations including performance, strategies, and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. Creates, uses, and guides staff in advanced computer modeling, database tools and/or other approaches in analysis.

Essential Functions

  • Leads/manages peer and cross functional/departmental analysis in sales and/or Solutions projects.
  • Mentors less senior staff. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently.
  • Leads brainstorming and development of recommendations for highly complex sales/customer/corporate initiatives, recommending best practices.
  • Presents solutions to upper management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economic, computer science, engineering or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Innovative analytical skills.

Superior demonstrated skills in access, excel and other database/analytical tools.

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Develop and publish interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and models for Sales users
  • Work with business users to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications
  • Connect to various data sources to integrate Sales data into Power BI
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistently by validating data and troubleshooting issues
  • Develop and implement quantitative measurement strategies for FedEx Freight Sales Enablement
  • Manage and optimize reporting within Highspot CMS platform
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track content usage, engagement, and effectiveness
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and connectivity across major systems, including Salesforce CRM and Highspot CMS
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL process, and working with large datasets 
  • Experience working with Sales data and translating into data-driven visualizations for Sales users 



Pay Transparency:   

Pay: $7,488.36/mo - $12,355.79/mo

Additional Details: This is a hybrid work schedule .The candidate must live within a 50 mile radius of Memphis ,TN. Position will close September 2, 2025, 5pm CST. Hiring Manager -Andrew Vandeventer
