Solutions Advisor
Description
Designs, develops, and implements quantitative analysis of complex business situations including performance, strategies, and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. Creates, uses, and guides staff in advanced computer modeling, database tools and/or other approaches in analysis.
Essential Functions
- Leads/manages peer and cross functional/departmental analysis in sales and/or Solutions projects.
- Mentors less senior staff. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently.
- Leads brainstorming and development of recommendations for highly complex sales/customer/corporate initiatives, recommending best practices.
- Presents solutions to upper management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economic, computer science, engineering or related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Innovative analytical skills.
Superior demonstrated skills in access, excel and other database/analytical tools.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Salesforce products and integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding sales processes and pain points.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with other sales technologies such as content delivery platforms, compensation, territory, and pipeline management software, and data integration tools is a plus.
- Experience in or supporting a sales-driven organization
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration or development is a plus.

Pay: US: $7,094.23/mo - $15,607.31/mo, CO: $7,094.23/mo - $14,957.01/mo, MD: $7,488.36/mo - $15,607.31/mo, NY: $7,488.36/mo - $15,607.31/mo, NYC: $9,064.85/mo - $15,607.31/mo, WA: $7,488.36/mo - $15,607.31/mo
Additional Details: The desired location for this position is Memphis, TN. Remote work will be considered based on business needs. Relocation may be available. Position will close September 10, 2025, 5pm CST. Hiring Manager -Jenny Cordell.
