Description
Leads the on-site support of Network 2.0 initiatives in multiple facilities across the network. Ideally, the incumbent should be located in either the District or Region that they support. Assists in facilitating readiness, communication This will require that the coordination, education, with the facility management, district staffs, and field employees to ensure the completion of tasks critical to the success of Network 2.0. Monitors Network 2.0 initiative progress across the facilities and ensuring compliance to established procedures and standards
Essential Functions
- Leads the on-site pre and post implementation, support and adoption of Network 2.0 in the in assigned locations, Educates and advises facility management on proper processes related to the Network 2.0.
- Works with the District staff to improve Network 2.0 processes & tools to ensure operational efficiency.
- Acts as the primary point of contact and Network 2.0 subject matter expert, along with the Sr NOSS Specialist for pre and post implementation.
- Continuously evaluates needs for various process improvements and modifications for Sr NOSS Specialist to influence management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Engineering, Education or related field required. In lieu of degree, four (4) years beyond the minimum experience in operations or system/project implementation experience will be considered equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years operations or system/project implementation experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to learn Network 2.0 processes and become subject matter expert support and implement.
Experience in use of various software and web-based applications. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex information. Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals. Ability to anticipate and identify potential problems and use fact-based analysis and judgment to solve or escalate to appropriate group(s).
