Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

• Quantitative und qualitative Annahme und Kontrolle von Kundenware

• Warenein- und -ausgangsbearbeitung physisch und per EDV

• Lagerung und Verwaltung von Kundenware im FedEx Warenwirtschaftsprogramm

• Bearbeitung/Ausführung eingehender Kundenaufträge im FedEx Warenwirtschaftsprogramm mit exakter Auftragsdokumentation

• Versand- und Verpackungsarbeiten

• Pflege des Lager- und Bürobereichs zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Standortbetriebes

• Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Telefonaten und sonstiger Korrespondenz

• Beauftragung bestehender Unternehmer zur Erfüllung von Kundenaufträgen gemäß bestehender FedEx Value Added Services Vorgaben

• Sammeln und Zusammenfassen von Daten zur Erstellung von Berichten zur Weiterleitung und Bearbeitung an den SpS VAS Supervisor

• Pflege der Kundendaten im FedEx Warenwirtschaftsprogramm

• Einhaltung aller Arbeitsanweisungen des SpS VAS Supervisors

• Bereitschaftsdienst außerhalb der Standortöffnungszeiten

• Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten zur Unterstützung des SpS VAS Supervisors, um den Betrieb des Standortes sicherzustellen

• Personaleinsatzplanung in Absprache mit dem SpS VAS Supervisor

Voraussetzungen / Anforderungen:

• abgeschlossene Ausbildung wünschenswert

• Gabelstaplerführerschein wünschenswert

• Berufserfahrung in der Lagerhaltung erwünscht

• Computerkenntnisse erwünscht

• Flexibilität, Engagement, Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit
