Are you a logistics operations expert with the ability to orchestrate complex warehouse and contract logistics solutions with precision and customer focus?
We are seeking a commercially driven and operationally strong Special Services Product Specialist to oversee multi-site warehouse operations and drive service excellence across our Dubai operations. Based in our regional hub, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, customer retention, and sustainable revenue growth across our logistics and warehousing portfolio.
This role requires a strong blend of operational expertise, commercial acumen, and customer-centric thinking. We need a “hands-on” logistics professional who can seamlessly manage warehouse operations, optimize inventory processes, support RFQs and pricing activities, and ensure best-in-class service delivery for our customers.
What You Will Do
Warehouse Operations Leadership
- Oversee multiple warehouse and contract logistics operations in line with customer requirements, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity through effective WMS and inventory management practices.
- Ensure operational processes are implemented and maintained in line with company SOPs and customer expectations.
Customer & Service Excellence
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality logistics solutions and ensuring exceptional service performance.
- Support customer retention initiatives through proactive issue resolution and continuous operational improvement.
- Act as a trusted operational partner for customers, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and service reliability.
Commercial & Financial Performance
- Support revenue and gross margin growth through effective operational management and customer solution optimization.
- Prepare pricing proposals, quotations, and RFQs with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver cost-effective logistics solutions.
Process & Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, policies, and procedures across all warehouse activities.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships to support service continuity and operational standards.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Bring
We are looking for a logistics operations specialist with the operational discipline of a warehouse leader and the commercial mindset of a customer solutions expert—someone who thrives in fast-paced logistics environments and understands the operational demands of the UAE market.
Operational Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management and contract logistics operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple warehouses and coordinating customer-driven logistics activities.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
Technical & Commercial Capability
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management tools.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze operational and pricing data effectively.
- Ability to prepare RFQs, pricing proposals, and operational costings with accuracy and commercial awareness.
Customer & Stakeholder Focus
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across operations, vendors, and customers to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement approach.
