Special Services Representative Failsafe
Description
Responsible for facilitating online and telephone interactions with both external and internal customers within the Special Services, encompassing quoting, booking, and addressing inquiries while prioritizing customer retention and satisfaction.
• Engage in online and telephone communication with both external and internal customers within the Special Services Domestic area.
• Provide quotes, handle bookings, and address queries from customers regarding special services.
• Focus on customer retention and satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate and execute operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for each product to maintain consistency and quality.
• Work towards achieving gross margin growth and job conversion targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of service delivery.
• Manage vendor invoice accruals and ensure compliance with weekly billing requirements.
Minimum Education
Diploma's degree or equivalent
Minimum Experience
• For Associate level, no prior experience is required
• For Standard level, at least two (2) years of relevant work experience
• For Senior level, three (3) years of relevant work experience
