Special Services Local; Customer Interaction for Quotes; Bookings & Queries; Customer Retention; Customer Satisfaction; Execute Standard Operating Procedures per Product; Gross Margin Achievement/ Growth; Job Conversion; Policy & Procedure Compliance; Revenue Achievement/ Growth; Service Performance; Vendor Usage; Provide support for RFQ/RFI and support requirements by bundling available capabilities for our vendor pool

Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of standard operating procedures per special services products efficiently
- Insure all assigned customer’s quotes and answers, RFQ responses, and bids are completed and delivered accurately and timely on daily basis
- Generate profitable revenue growth within assigned territory, support the plan and the target achievement for the country with personal drive
- Support the development of existing and new customers by working closely with Sales organization by offering the best solution within product matrix
- Collaborate and build relationships with external & internal customers, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction on our services
- Involve online / telephone / face to face contact with customers
- Timely data entry in our related systems and tools
- Ensuring all activities are compliant with the company policy & regulations
- Communicate market trends and conditions to supervisor and manager
- Attend development & training sessions to continue relevant skills
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in relevant departments
Proficiency in verbal and written English language
Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
Knowledge of foreign trade incoterms
Sense of urgency for goal achievement
Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Good PC skills and knowledge of MS Office (Excel; Power Point,....).
