POSITION OVERVIEW:
Execute lead generation campaigns and programs to drive qualified pipeline for the sales team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:
1. Creates and manages comprehensive lead generation campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified pipeline.
2. Provides expertise in lead nurturing workflow and email sequence development for prospect engagement.
3. Maintains responsibility for lead scoring and qualification process management and optimization.
4. Establishes coordination with sales team on lead handoff processes and follow-up protocols.
5. Implements lead generation performance analysis and conversion metrics tracking for optimization.
6. Drives demand generation event and program support to maximize lead capture and qualification.
7. Supports marketing qualified lead (MQL) to sales qualified lead (SQL) conversion optimization.
8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
9. Perform other assignments (or duties) as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience
• Three (3) years’ lead generation or demand generation experience
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Results-oriented with focus on pipeline generation

Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN and Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
