FedEx Express France recrute un(e) Spécialiste Hygiène et Sécurité (HS), basé(e) en région Centre poitou, pour accompagner les managers de stations sur un périmètre couvrant le cluster Centre Poitou, et une partie du cluster Nord-Ouest.

Rattaché fonctionnellement au manager HS DG France, vous accompagnez vos business partners (Managing Director région et senior manager) dans l’amélioration de leur performance HSDG et l’atteinte de leur résultat HS DG.

Vous évoluez au sein d’une équipe de Spécialistes HSDG et vous concourez avec l’ensemble de ceux-ci à consolider le système de management HSE (ISO  45001) et à la mise en place des fondamentaux HSE constitutifs du déploiement d’une culture de sécurité sur le périmètre France FedEx Express FR.

Votre expérience professionnelle vous permettra d’accompagner de façon opérationnelle et pertinente des stations de tailles variées, avec des niveaux de maturité différents, d’agir de façon collaborative avec les responsables de cluster et de région tout en étant en cohérence avec la démarche HSE groupe et France à laquelle vous contribuez.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation supérieure et expérience confirmée dans le domaine HSDG, que ce soit en interne ou en externe.

  • Solide capacité de jugement et de prise de décision.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.

  • Rigueur, précision et sens du détail.

  • Capacité d’influence et de persuasion.

  • Aptitude à accompagner les clients internes dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs.

  • Évoluant dans un environnement international, vous disposez d’un niveau d’anglais professionnel courant.

FedEx Express France is recruiting a Health & Safety (HS) Specialist, based in the Centre Poitou region to support station managers across the Centre Poitou clusters and part of the North Ouest Cluster.

Functionally reporting to the HS DG Manager France, you will work closely with your business partners (Regional Managing Director and Senior Manager) to help improve their HSDG performance and achieve their HS DG targets.

You will join a team of HSDG Specialists, collaborating to strengthen the HSE management system (ISO 45001) and establish the HSE fundamentals essential to deploying a strong safety culture across FedEx Express France.

Your professional experience will enable you to provide practical, effective support to stations of various sizes and maturity levels. You will work collaboratively with cluster and regional managers, ensuring alignment with the Group and France HSE approach to which you actively contribute.
 

Profile sought:

  • Higher education with proven experience in the HSDG field, either internally or externally.
