POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for guiding and administering FedEx Freight charitable giving, grantmaking, and employee volunteer initiatives; in particular, building relationships with philanthropic organizations, overseeing digital employee engagement platforms, enhancing user experiences, conducting reporting and analysis, managing budgets, and driving internal communications for employee engagement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Administer enterprise grantmaking program, including application intake, review, due diligence, and funding recommendations.
2.    Manage corporate volunteer platforms, including website development, registration systems, and nonprofit partner access.
3.    Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners.
4.    Serve as primary point of contact for charitable inquiries and in-kind donation requests.
5.    Evaluate partnership effectiveness and community impact.
6.    Manage annual charitable giving budget and provide financial oversight and forecasting.
7.    Track expenditures, process invoices, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
8.    Organize and facilitate quarterly executive review panels.
9.    Develop funding guidelines, evaluation criteria, and governance processes. 
10.    Serve as liaison between host organizations and employee volunteers.
11.    Coordinate volunteer events and logistics across locations.
12.    Manage branded materials inventory (t-shirts, totes, supplies).
13.    Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
14.    Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or related field
•    Five (5) years’ corporate philanthropy, nonprofit management, foundation administration, or CSR experience; related Master’s Degree preferred
•    Experience managing budgets and grant review processes
•    Strong project management and event coordination skills
•    Experience with volunteer management platforms or grant management systems
•    Executive presence and ability to facilitate senior-level review panels
•    Strong reporting and analytics capabilities
•    Experience in a corporate environment preferred
•    Proven communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 
•    Working knowledge of intranet and major social platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) 
•    Ability to work independently and as a team member

JOB CONDITIONS:
