POSITION OVERVIEW:
Drive project management excellence across marketing initiatives while ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Manages comprehensive marketing project timelines, resources, and deliverable coordination for successful execution.
2.    Provides expertise in cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder communication management.
3.    Maintains responsibility for project risk identification and mitigation strategy development.
4.    Establishes project documentation and status reporting systems for transparent communication.
5.    Implements resource planning and capacity management processes to optimize team productivity.
6.    Drives process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across marketing operations.
7.    Supports project portfolio management and strategic initiative prioritization efforts.
8.    Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
9.    Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience 
•    Five (5) years Project Management Marketing experience
•    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•    Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills
•    PMP or similar certification preferred

Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
