Job Summary
The primary responsibilities include conducting Agile Portfolio and ART assessments, recommending and assisting in implementing Agile structures, and providing coaching, mentoring, and support to Agile Leaders and other Agile Coaches. The role also involves providing training in Agile principles and practices, guiding Enterprise Portfolio, and stakeholders in defining vision, goals, and objectives, and working on complex problems with creative and resourceful solutions
Essential Functions
- The Sr. Agile Coach will possess experience in leading large-scale business transformation programs that will change the way employees organize and execute work.
- The Sr. Agile Coach will provide training and coaching for other Agile coaches and serves as a "coach of coaches” as well as provide “change agent” leadership leveraging agile ways of working through Agile, SAFe, and LEAN principles.
- This subject matter expert will provide education to employees at all levels, including other Agile coaches, core product roles and leaders at all levels of the organization to provide them with the tools to be successful.
- This role will develop and deliver workshops and sessions as well as provide direct coaching support that teaches valuable skills that enable an organization-wide culture of value delivery and continuous improvement.
Minimum Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business required.
Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years of industry or business/technology support experience, including five (5) years of demonstrated experience providing coaching and training for Agile teams and leaders, particularly in advanced Agile concepts.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean values/concepts, scaling with SAFe framework and organizational change management required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated Agile, SAFe and Lean experience
- Demonstrated skill with workflow management tools (i.e. Version One, JIRA, TFS.
- Demonstrated skill with virtual collaboration tools (i.e. Miro, MS Teams, Hoylu).
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Emotional Intelligence written and verbal communication skills for all levels of an organization.
- Ability to influence without positional authority.
- Active Certified SAFe Program Consultant strongly preferred.
- Agile Coaching certification preferred.
Domicile Information: This position is a hybrid role and can be based in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA; or can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. Pay: US Pay Range: $8,007.29 - $14,413.11 Monthly
