Description

This analyst position within Brokerage Customer Service is responsible in leading the requirements and quality assurance phases of FedEx Brokerage Customer initiatives, developing service level agreements for processes and technical support models, providing business continuity plans and providing customer and application support for brokerage process and technology solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Provide services such as business expertise, requirements gathering, application design, quality assurance, implementation support, and application support to internal and external customers
  • Leading the customer requirements, implementation and quality assurance phases of brokerage initiatives focused on improving customer experience. 
  • Developing service level agreements for application and technical process support models
  • Providing business continuity plans
  • Offering application and monitoring support for business solutions implemented and achievement of desired results.
  • Full project management responsibilities including schedule, participate in, and lead project meetings, provide input into project progress, identify risks, and support planning efforts to ensure projects meet objectives by managing scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Lead the definition and documentation of customer and operations requirements for multiple business solutions simultaneously, lead analysis, quality assurance, and implementation support activities, and provide implementation support for FedEx Brokerage & Customer initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years of experience in various areas such as application development, maintenance, business analysis, data management, requirements documentation, process modeling, logical data modeling, metrics design, customer implantation of solutions and performance monitoring of solutions, quality assurance, project management, strategic planning, training design, and test automation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong leadership, human relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate with business areas, users, customers, and various engineering teams to conceptualize, plan, design, implement, and support brokerage customer process and technology solutions

Project management skills

Knowledge of business requirements
