Description
- Provides safety and reliability for the corporate aircraft fleet, through the planning and implementation of a maintenance program. Assists in the selection process of new corporate aircraft.
- Essential Functions
- Perform “crew chief” duties of individual aircraft to include maintaining full and accurate records, organizing in-house scheduled maintenance, planning and overseeing heavy maintenance and modifications performed by outside vendors, tracking discrepancies and corrective actions.
- Execute troubleshooting and repairs of unscheduled maintenance within the corporate aircraft fleet.
- Organize spare parts inventory, tooling calibrations, and outsourced component repairs.
- Maintain and repair ground service equipment and facilities.
- Assist in developing maintenance programs, policies, and procedures for the department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Minimum Education
- A&P licenses required.
- Minimum Experience
- Six (6) years mechanic experience with modern jet aircraft including demonstrated experience in powerplant, airframe systems, electrical and avionics troubleshooting.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven ability to operate with limited supervision while exercising sound judgment.
- Ability to operate a PC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Job Conditions
- Must be willing to work various shifts and holidays, travel worldwide and obtain necessary visas/ passports as required. Must possess appropriate tools for the job. Corporate aviation safety sensitive position. Subject to random alcohol & drug testing. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
