Sr Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst
Description
Under minimal supervision, manages projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution. Develops and implements quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives. Utilizes advanced business analysis skills, database tools generated data to improve techniques which drive innovative and improve quality, customer centric results and forecasting. Proactively develops recommendations for FedEx/customer opportunities and internal processes within cross departmental projects. Maintains positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Four (4) years work experience in external customer problem resolution.
Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Directly related experience may offset degree requirements.
Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: Coordination of air and ocean shipments - including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking. Customs import controls and clearance experience Certified Export Specialist (CES) Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) Master Export Specialist (MES) Review and resolve any data accuracy including valuation, country of origin, unit of measure, classification.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month Colorado Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $9,081.99/month New York Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $9,476.86/month New York City Pay Range: $7,152.35/month - $9,476.86/month
