This is an interview position


To assist the manager in administrative and station opertaional duties as required. To lead Data Systems Agents and participate as a working member on the team. To ensure regulatory requirements for export are met within prescribed deadlines. To model the way hourly employees by becoming a mentor and demonstrating role model behaviour including strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership ability (though best practices).

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High school diploma/educational equivalent.

Ground Operations Experience - 1 year as a Data Systems Agent

Good typing skills 25 wpm and basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) - assessment will be administered.

Knowledge of VISA, COSMOS, Genesis, Famis preferred

Good time management & organization skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

EXCEL/LEAP Candidates preferred

Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training
