Sr Engine Per Tech Spec
Description
Provides daily real time monitoring and analysis of aircraft engine performance, identifying and correcting critical engine problems before they can cause a safety of flight or operational delays. Provides technical assistance by coordinating between powerplant engineers and the MOCC techs. Maintain compliance with the mandatory FAA regulation 121.134 which requires that aircraft operators perform engine condition monitoring to maintain safe aircraft engine operation. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
Associate's degree or equivalent in related discipline.
FAA A&P license required.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years airline experience in engine monitoring or powerplant repair or performance.
A/C powerplant monitoring, overhaul or line maintenance experience on heavy aircraft.
Demonstrated experience with various computer programs including word, access, excel.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, component maintenance manuals, engine manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, aircraft wiring diagrams, standard practice manuals etc.
Strong analytical and communications skills.
Job Conditions
FAA covered safety sensitive position.
Subject to regulatory alcohol & drug testing, which includes testing for marijuana, PCP, amphetamines, cocaine & opioids.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Pay: Pay Range 6,511.62 - 10,744.16 USD Monthly
