Description
To Provide Detailed Organization And Preparation For Aircraft Undergoing Modifications And Heavy Maintenance Checks; To Provide Technical Guidance To Workforce, Set And Measure Performance Standards, Set Work Priorities And Report Project Status.
High School Diploma/G.E.D. A&P Licenses And Two (2) Years A/C Mechanic Experience Or A Or P License And Three (3) Years A/C Mechanic Experience Or Bachelor'S Degree/Equivalent In A Technical Discipline Such As: Aviation Business Management, Maintenance Technology Or Engineering. In Addition, Six (6) Years Experience As An Aircraft Mechanic Or Six (6) Years Related Experience In An Airline, Repair Station, Manufacturer Or Military Environment Accomplishing One Or More Of The Following A/C Maintenance Tasks: Instruction, Task Planning, And/Or Scheduling, Modification Planning. Must Be Experienced In Maintenance Manuals And Fars. Strong Analytical, Production Management And Computer Skills Required.
Minimum Education
High school diploma/GED and A&P license and two (2) years aircraft mechanic experience orBachelor's degree/equivalent in a technical discipline such as: aviation business management, maintenance technology or engineering.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years related experience in an airline, repair station, manufacturer or military environment accomplishing one or more of the following A/C maintenance tasks: instruction, task planning, and/or scheduling, modification planning.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have experience in maintenance manuals and FARS.
Job Conditions
