Sr Hangar MX Planner
Description
Job Duties
Provides detailed organization and preparation for aircraft undergoing modifications and heavy maintenance checks; Provides technical guidance to workforce, set and measure performance standards, set work priorities and report project status. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Experience
High school diploma/GED A&P licenses and two (2) years aircraft mechanic experience or A&P license and three (3) years aircraft mechanic experience or bachelor's degree/equivalent in a technical discipline such as: aviation business management, maintenance technology or engineering. In addition, six (6) years’ experience as an aircraft mechanic or six (6) years related experience in an airline, repair station, manufacturer or military environment accomplishing one or more of the following A/C maintenance tasks: instruction, task planning, and/or scheduling, modification planning. Must be experienced in maintenance manuals and FARS.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical, production management and computer skills required.
Job Conditions
Non-covered safety sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
