Description

Designs, develop, and deploy flight training and/or aircraft maintenance training applications for learning management systems, website, and other delivery media. Liaison with subject matter experts to establish project parameters, utilizing instructional system design principals. Plan, develop, test, implement and maintain training products within negotiated parameters. Lead multiple development projects providing guidance, program quality control and maintenance after deployment. Provide guidance to instructors on the use of interactive courseware for instructor-led training. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Instructional System Design, Aeronautical Sciences, Computer Sciences or other quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years of industrial or related training experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proven ability to develop interactive computer/web based training, multimedia presentation design, development and implementation. Proven ability to work within integrated development suites to produce engaging training products. Working knowledge of transport category aircraft systems, flight operations, and digital avionics desired. Strong analytical and communication skills..

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $5662.27 to $7502.51
