Description
This is an interview position.
To plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or small to medium volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure and cost effective operation. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations. Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelors degree/equivalent
Four (4) years Business experience
If an internal hire- must currently be a member of FedEx management or EXCEL/LEAP endorsed
Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record
