Planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler toutes les activités dans la zone de desserte de l'aéroport ou de la succursale/du centre de service à volume moyen ou élevé pour fournir le maximum de services aux clients tout en assurant un fonctionnement sûr, sécuritaire et efficace. Assumer la responsabilité des objectifs budgétaires, du développement du personnel et des performances opérationnelles de sa succursale et de son installation aéroportuaire. Être garant de la sécurité, de la sûreté, de la qualité, de la performance et de l'expérience client globales de l'exploitation de la succursale et de la piste.
To plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or mid to large volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure and cost effective operation. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations. Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations
COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat ès arts / B.A.) ou l’équivalent
Six (6) ans d'expérience en entreprise, dont trois (3) ans dans la gestion directe des employés, leur rendement et le leadership opérationnel
La gestion directe des employés de trois (3) ans et leur rendement doivent être dans les six (6) dernières années.
Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) or equivalent
Six (6) years Business experience including, three (3) years in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership
The three (3) years direct management of employees and their performance must be within the past six (6) years
Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record
