Sr Manager, Global Aerospace Logistics

The Senior Manager of Global Aerospace Logistics will lead all operational and continuous improvement aspects of the Aerospace Logistics Services division aligned with customer needs. This role is responsible for maintaining oversight and providing insight on new business, oversees a team that ensures business objectives are met including quality standards, and fosters strong relationships with customers with an enhanced user experience.

• Develop and implement the division’s long-term goals and business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality service delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders across the aerospace sector.
• Drive innovation in logistics processes and technology through effective project management to enhance performance and competitiveness.
• Responsible for selecting, training, and developing a staff of 1 to 10 direct reports and 1 to 50 indirect reports.
• Provide continuous education regarding the Aerospace product for operations and customers including refresher training and mandatory requirements.
• Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration and operational excellence.
• Manage the division’s P&L of approximately $100m to $200m in annual revenue, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to all international transportation regulations and aerospace industry standards.
• Mitigate risks and maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry customers, ensuring their unique logistics needs are met.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client retention.
• Provides assistance in identifying specific marketing opportunities and participates in the development of new or modified service offerings.
• Ensures the development of the revenue customer base; assists sales through customer site visits to secure/retain accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

This role requires a visionary leader with 8+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in management, in the global transportation industry, a deep understanding of aerospace logistics, and a proven ability to drive growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Proven project management skills including proficiency in solution design, re-engineering and technology integration. Undergraduate degree in business or related field required. Masters degree preferred.

US Pay Range: $92,827.92 - $211,362.00 annually

Fort Worth, TX Pay Range: $7,735.66 - $14,677.92/monthly

Atlanta, GA Pay Range: $8,509.23 - $16,145.71/monthly

New York, NY Pay Range: $9,282.79 - $17,613.50/monthly

Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $9,282.79 - $17,613.50/monthly

Miami, FL Pay Range: $9,282.79 - $17,613.50/monthly

Chicago, IL Pay Range: $9,282.79 - $17,613.50/monthly

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
