Sr Marketing Specialist
Description
Under limited supervision, develops and executes strategy for one or more marketing initiatives. Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to complex matters and projects. Provides specialist-level analysis in one or more marketing disciplines. Recommends project budgets and forecasts anticipated budget spending. Coaches' others in less senior positions. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or a related business discipline plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration or related discipline. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or a related business discipline plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration or related discipline in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* plus 3 years of experience. The position requires experience with: Software as a Service (SaaS) and Software Development Cycle (including API integrations); leading moderately complex initiatives in a corporate environment; knowledge of the broad application of principles, theories, concepts and techniques in marketing disciplines, project management and information analysis; Strong human relations and communication/presentation skills; moderately advanced organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in database marketing; customer-focused orientation. A related Master’s degree equals two (2) years' experience. This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
