Sr Mgr Regional HR
Description
Oversees and directs all Human Resource (HR) functions within assigned region. Serves as a knowledge resource to the region.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Six (6) years of business experience with minimum of three (3) years management experience.
- Experience across multiple areas such as Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits and/or Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
- Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) preferred.
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management.
- Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals.
- Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
- Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
- Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures related to human resources.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
